Deliverables
 Scanning gives the
flexibility to use the data in different ways. With each point in the point
cloud having an X,Y,Z coordinate, the scan data can be used as a simple
measurement tool. With more sophisticated software, the point cloud may be used
to clash new work against the as-built elements in the area. For the most
effective use of the scan data, a 3D CAD model is generated and the full range
of CAD-generated deliverables are available to you. These range from simple
line drawings to a computer-generated walk-through and animated sequences.
